Do Even More – 2 Week Amalfi Coast Itinerary

If you want to do EVEN MORE and have a little more time, this two week itinerary takes you to all the major towns and attractions and even includes a little time for relaxing!

 

Day 1 – Arrive – Arrive in Naples.  Meet your driver at the airport for a Private Transfer to port of Naples.  Take the hydrofoil to Capri (or add a private boat transfer!).  Overnight accommodations for 3 nights in Capri in hotel class of your choice.

Day 2 – Capri – Today, explore Capri on your own.  Browse the high end retail in the Piazza.  Take the chair lift to the peak in Anacapri.  Visit the ruins of Villa Jovis.  Enjoy the views from the Pizzolungo.  This evening, dine in a lemon grove.

Day 3 – Capri – After breakfast, take a private or small group sea tour around Capri.  Spend the afternoon at the famous La Fontelina beach club (reservation required).  Have a nice dinner at one of the island’s Michelin starred establishments.

Day 4 – Amalfi – Check out of your Capri hotel, and take the hydrofoil to Amalfi (or add a private boat transfer!).  Overnight accommodations for 2 nights in Amalfi in hotel class of your choice.  See Amalfi by foot this afternoon.  Visit the Amalfi Cathedral and shop.  In the evening, board a Private Sunset Cruise.

Day 5 – Amalfi – Spend the morning at leisure, and head to Marina Grande beach club for the afternoon (reservation required).  Visit a local farm to table restaurant for dinner.

Day 6 – Ravello – Check out of your Amalfi hotel, and a driver will meet you for a Private Transfer to Ravello.  Overnight accommodations for 2 nights in Ravello in hotel class of your choice.  I recommend you splurge on hotel in Ravello and spend the rest of the day enjoying the view from the pool.

Day 7 – Ravello – Explore Ravello on your own.  Visit Villa Cimbrone, and find a spot for lunch with a view.  Enjoy night life in Ravello or spend a quiet evening in with room service.

Day 8 – Positano – Check out of your Ravello hotel, and a driver will meet you for a Private Transfer to Positano.  Overnight accommodations for 3 nights in Positano in hotel class of your choice.  Sea view room in centrally located hotel recommended.  This evening, take a cooking class at one of the area’s top-rated restaurants.

Day 9 – Positano – View the sea from new heights and hike the Path of the Gods on your own or with a guide.  Tonight, have a low key dinner and rest up!

Day 10 – Positano – After breakfast, make your way to the marina to catch the boat to Da Adolfo beach club (reservation required).  Relax and enjoy the afternoon in authentic Amalfi Coast style!  Later, have a nice dinner and enjoy the night life in Positano!

Day 11 – Sorrento – Check out of your Positano hotel, and a driver will meet you for a Private Transfer to Sorrento.  Overnight accommodations for 2 nights in Sorrento in hotel class of your choice.  Sea view room in cliff side hotel recommended.  Arrive early and take a walking food tour of Sorrento for lunch.  Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12 – Ischia from Sorrento – Take a day trip to Ischia on either a Private or Small Group Tour.  Treat yourself to a farewell dinner with sunset views at Ristorante Delfino.

Day 13 – Depart – Check out of your hotel, and a driver will meet you for a Private Transfer to Naples airport for departing flight.  Stop for a Private Tour of Pompeii en route.

 

This itinerary can be customized to a variety of price points based on class of hotel selected (3, 4 or 5 star) and private tour preferences.  $6000 (excluding air) minimum budget recommended.
